MX COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

HAND SANITIZERS & MASKS
MX as well as our corporate sponsors will create multiple stations for hand sanitizers at all MX Events; particularly in areas of high traffic potential. All participants will be asked to use hand sanitizer when entering and exiting every instructional room/area. All event attendees will also be required to utilize hand sanitizer at every MX station that involves any forms of customer/participant exchange. (Merchandise Store, Registration, Vendor Booths, etc.)
Disposable masks will be available.
We advise each participant to create his/her own kit containing hand sanitizer, mask(s), water bottle(s), and any other items deemed helpful in maintaining one’s safety.
EVENT AREA PROTOCOLS
Class scheduling could be tiered or blocked; thus start/end times could vary. Any time-changes will always be announced and posted on all online media as an effort to reduce the potential number of participants entering and exiting pre/post-function event areas.
*MX will provide each team with an official assistant/runner who will help manage the backstage experience for each team with regards to protocol adherence.
*Participants will be escorted from the starting point of their warmup experience to their exit from the performance stage. Individual performers will be guided by floating staff backstage members and are allowed one coach/sponsor to remain with them if necessary.
*Once backstage, all performers will be sectioned according to performance order to keep their distance from other performers.

SANITIZING OF STAGES & EVENT ROOMS
The MX Staff will clean and sanitize equipment between each faculty member’s instructional class.
The MX Staff will also periodically clean the stage/performance area throughout the event, as well as sanitize frequently touched points such as handrails, door knobs, etc.
There will be no water stations setup/monitored by the MX Staff. Participants are asked to bring their own water bottles clearly marked with their name.
