MX COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

EVENT SEATING & AWARDS
Every MX venue has different seating arrangements and rules governing its capacity. Seating modifications will be set to guidelines for appropriate social distancing.
Contact-free awards ceremonies are the current plan of action for all MX Events. Ceremonies will be virtual, or teams will be asked to select one representative or coach to receive awards/recognition. Awards ceremonies could be subject to change pending the nature of the pandemic/venue guidelines.
FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS & HEALTH CERTIFICATION
Attendees with flu-like symptoms are not allowed to attend or continue participation at any MX Event.
All parents/guardians will need to certify that, to the best of their knowledge, the participant has been healthy two weeks preceding the event and not sick with any COVID-19 related symptoms.
HAND WASHING
As the CDC recommends the best way to avoid transmission of the virus, all attendees should wash their hands multiple times throughout the day.
HOTEL & VENUE CLEANLINESS
Each hotel/event venue has provided The MVMINT Xperience their protocols for safety with increased cleaning of all surfaces, elevators, handrails, and high touch point areas.
