Secondly, it addresses the essential concept of intention, and how it is becoming a seemingly lesser-valued influence for many service organizations, particularly throughout the spirit auxiliary industry. Lastly, MX defines its institutional service identity by an overarching determinant of impact and quality of experience. Conscientiously, the brand visionaries committed a mindful spirit of excellence towards cultivating a progressive mission that fosters the tri-factor effect of all three elements - Movement, Intention, & Experience. X-PERIENCE OUR CURRICULUM: MVMINT Xperience is distinguished by its versatile curriculum throughout each of its eight divisions of service and unparalleled collaboration of cheerleading, dance, and step. Its founders believed it to be recklessly dangerous for mainstream companies to mimic black culture, and simply label it Urban. The proactive choice to disallow majority interests to exploit the talents and potential of its community birthed the MX programmatic design, which is modeled by an institutional philosophy - For Us, By Us! Each division’s core curriculum is inspired by deep traditions of Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs), and ambitiously dives into varied arenas and genres for collaborative expression. Moreover, MX uses variant styles steeped in traditions of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) as well as nuances of the black entertainment/commercial industry to conjoin the art of stepping as the third branch of a traditional duality of spirit auxiliaries. MVMINT Xperience ventures beyond traditional industry standards to inspire individual achievement by helping its participants consider the full range of their potential, and discover what it truly means to be whole

X-PERIENCE OUR MATERIAL: MX choreographic material has an innovatively unique flair while still incorporating conventional elements to showcase skill and style for all levels. All three divisions set a deliberate creative intention for each season. MX Cheer is excited to incorporate spirit raising props, signs, as well as rhythmic chants and dances to further engage the crowd and performance event audiences. The division is dedicated to providing instructional training opportunities for both stomp and shake and traditional styles of cheer. MX Step seeks to widen its performance range with the incorporation of original chants, movement tempo changes, building concepts, and artistic transitions to make step routines unpredictable and fascinating. MX Dance steadily explores what it means to exist as an artist, a technician, and a creator. The division hones an artistic commitment to fully investigate messaging and movement intentionality while studying new approaches to incorporate elective components including props, costume variations, & building skills. By and large, MVMINT Xperience efforts to enhance individual skillsets and expand each team’s creative process for material and conceptual development.

X-PERIENCE OUR STAFF: Some of the most talented instructors from every corner of the nation help to form the MX Staff each year. National conventions and touring master classes alike feature inspired training and choreography from industry giants across multiple genres. MVMINT Xperience embraces a true spirit of diversity and inclusion by selecting resident artists and staff instructors who bring multiple levels of experience including current students and graduates from top universities and collegiate programs, professional sports teams, concert performing arts companies, and commercial talent agencies. Beyond the individual talent and performance skills of its team members, MX is equally committed to employing specialists who have a genuine passion for teaching. Collectively, the organization breeds a hybrid ethos of formal training and certified instructional abilities needed to really move the culture forward.
