Like many of you, we are making a consistent effort to remain informed about the events surrounding the global outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We recognize the growing concerns regarding social distancing as the increasing spread of the virus continues to shift many institutional rules and procedures. With uncertainty consistently lingering nationwide, particularly within the entertainment and hospitality industries, our administrative board has made as many proactive decisions as possible with regards to outlining our company’s COVID-19 protocols. With keeping the safety of our participants and patrons in mind, the entire operations team of the MX Organization has worked exceptionally hard to reimagine our upcoming events in the most thoughtful manner possible. We are prepared to take all measures to create a safe environment. Below you will find a detailed description of our efforts to ensure every registered attendee will have in-person, hybrid, and virtual opportunities to enjoy what we consider - The Ultimate MVMINT Xperience!
